The Enterprise team within LeftBrain works with clients like Apple, Pinterest, Cisco Meraki, Zendesk (and a few others we’re not allowed to mention), providing flexible, scaleable deskside tech support alongside their in-house digital workspace teams.
We bring our own breed of entrepreneurial, fast-paced, user-focussed, friendly service into established teams, transforming them from the inside.
Our typical client is 50% or more macOS, using G Suite, OneLogin or Okta, JAMF, Duo, that sort of thing. Most have centrally/externally managed network/server infrastructure.
About the role
There are plenty of agencies providing bog standard IT staffing: we’re not one of them. Our clients hire us to deliver the best possible experience for their end users, and pay a premium to do so.
You’ll be predominantly based at one or more of our client’s offices and will slot into both their existing team, as well as our wider support team. There will be opportunities to travel across EMEA, for event support and to client’s remote offices.
When not booked at a client’s site you’ll work from our office in Old Street, training yourself and expanding your skill set. You may also work on small, on demand tech support jobs for other departments within LeftBrain.
There will be opportunities to progress and grow within our (fairly new) enterprise team, with account management and team management positions emerging as we expand our team. We also offer a profit sharing scheme to our outstanding team members.
Although the role will involve some 1st line support, this is by no means a 1st line role. We’re looking for engineers with a deep understanding of macOS and/or Windows, with experience managing cloud services and troubleshooting network issues.
Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a customer facing technical role. 3 years minimum, more preferred.
Personal skills, and sharing our values about what makes good customer service are more important than specific technical abilities. Willingness to learn and demonstrated passion for technology is essential.
We’re not looking for the traditional corporate IT skillset (Windows Server, Sharepoint, virtualisation etc.), although having those skills certainly won’t count against you.
Salary will be commensurate with experience but we will pay above the industry average to get the right person.
