Our Clients
We’re privileged to work with some of the most interesting and exciting businesses in London. Our clients include Architects, Graphic Designers and Video Editors, Journalists, Producers, Marketers and Entrepreneurs.
Our contract services work best with companies with up to 40 users, but we work with companies of all sizes, and individuals on an hourly basis. Being Mac specialists the majority of our customer use Macs, or work in a mixed mode Mac/PC environment. However, a number of our clients do use PCs, and we love them equally!
How We’re Different
Built From The Ground Up As a new company we’ve been able to design our business around what our customers need. We threw out the conventional wisdom when we chose our location, designed our pricing structure, wrote our software, hired our people and drafted our support contracts. The result is a service that’s radically different to the norm.
Small Is The New Big Small companies are taking over the world, and we want to help them. As a small company ourselves we demand more from our suppliers – we want them to be flexible, friendly and fast and to treat us like we’re important to them. Unlike big, ugly IT companies we don’t have thousands of customers, so for us, every one counts – even the smallest.
Environmentally Friendly When we choose a supplier a solid environmental policy is a requirement, not just nice to have. We use green energy to power our office, our workflow is entirely paperless and we use bikes, public transport and our feet to travel to and from our customers. We work to reduce the energy our customers use for their IT, and help them reuse and recycle old equipment.
Your New Best Friends We work harder than any other company to ensure our customers our happy. Apart from consistently meeting and exceeding our contractual obligations we take extra steps to make our clients like us (for example, as far as we know, we’re the only company to allocate a monthly “Client Cake Fund”).
Our Little Office
Just off Clerkenwell Road, WC1, on the first floor of a building visitors politely call “charming”, is LeftBrain HQ: about as different from the normal IT office as we are from normal IT companies. We’re about 5 minute bike ride from Soho, Shoreditch and the City and close to Chancery Lane, Russell Square and Farringdon Tube stops.
Please do come by for a glass of ice water and a biscuit. But be warned – it get’s pretty geeky in here, especially on Friday afternoons.
Our Team
First up, Daniel. I’m one of the founding members of the LeftBrain empire and I take great pride in seeing the little acorn I helped plant blossom into the mighty oak tree that it is today. Most of my day is spent manning our helpdesk, answering the phones and playing Angry Birds on my iPhone.
How do you do, I’m Michael the other branch of said mighty oak. When I’m not installing servers, saving the day or just being awesome at all things Mac, you’ll find me effortlessly cruising around town on my Vespa. In my spare time, I like a friendly Call of Duty deathmatch against the rest of the office. Secret fact: In my previous life, I was in a heavy-metal band. Rock on!
Greetings. My name is Brent. My background as a PC engineer means I look after our Windows based users with my special brand of sensitivity and love. It also means I get teased by the rest of these guys for working with such a rubbish operating system. I don’t understand why – I love Windows! Why are you laughing at me?
Ciao. Il mio nome è Marco. As you can tell from my flamboyant introduction I’m from Italy: the land of great food, beautiful people and disappointing World Cup performances. Hardware is my thing. I fix it. It’s a simple life, but I love it!
Hey hey! I’m Adrian, and my love for everything Mac extends to each and every one of our clients. I have the occasional Windows fling and it can be fun for a while, but it never lasts.
